THE ROLE:
For support on two days a week, our client is looking for an experienced lawyer with significant experience working in an FCA-regulated industry. The first contract is for six months, but there is room for extension. In order to ensure that the organization’s new regulated product complies with the new consumer duty and other FCA requirements, the appointed solicitor will work with other team members to implement the necessary governance structures and procedures for launching and overseeing the full lifecycle of the organization’s regulated products. Although the job is primarily performed from home, there may be times when travel to the company’s headquarters in Leicester is necessary.
THE CANDY:
With more than five years of experience and a track record of success, you will be a dynamic, determined, and commercially minded lawyer. Proven track record of thriving in a challenging and dynamic regulatory environment.
